Stunt Endurance – Have squad run 1 lap around gym or field and hold a stunt for 10, 20, 30 second increments. This will help squad to build up endurance throughout the routine. Coach can reward the fastest stunt group by allowing them to forgo a part of the remaining conditioning.
Round About – Get into a circle and have each squad member come up with one conditioning move that all squad members perform for 30 seconds or one minute (depending on age). This is a good way to inspire the squad to come up with their own conditioning ideas.
