The Low V

Mastering Motion Technique and Sideline Instruction The Low V

This motion brings straight arms directly out and down at 45 degree angle with hands in fists and the thumbs tucked at the knuckles. The thumb side of the fist should be facing away from the body with the pinky side to the back. Note, the low V should place arms slightly in front of the body.
