The Low Touchdown

Mastering Motion Technique and Sideline Instruction The Low Touchdown

Extend arms straight down and bring them tight into the body. Arms should be slightly in front of the body, in line with legs. Hands should be in a closed fist with thumbs tucked and knuckles should be pointing down. Pinky side of the hand should be facing the body and thumb side facing the crowd.
