The Front Lunge

Mastering Motion Technique and Sideline Instruction The Front Lunge

Step forward with one foot and bend leg slightly at the knee. Back leg should remain straight with back toes pointing away from the body to maintain balance. Keep shoulders back and head up as you face forward. Arms can hit motions from this position or stay rested on hips (as shown).
