Mastering Motion Technique and Sideline Instruction The L Motion

Extend one arm straight up into the touchdown position. The other arm is extended in a T motion with both hands in fists. The L can be done on both the right and left side. Note, the L shape is dependent upon which direction cheerleader would be facing.
