The High V

Mastering Motion Technique and Sideline Instruction The High V

This motion brings straight arms directly up and out in a 45 degree angle (or V shape). Hands should be in fists with thumbs tucked in at the knuckles. The thumb side of the fist should be facing away from the body and the pinky side to the back. Note, the high V should place arms slightly in front of the body.
