Mastering Motion Technique and Sideline Instruction The Side Lunge

Feet should be distanced further than shoulder width apart with one knee bent and toes turned out on the foot of the bent leg. Shoulders and head should be square, facing the crowd. Hands can be placed on hips or arms can be in motion from this position.
